Each member of the lab will have specific lab responsibilities to carry out on behalf of the whole group. Please take your job(s) seriously and remember that other members of the lab will be relying on you to do your job properly. Examples of such responsibilities include:
- Maintaining photochemical equipment
- Maintaining vacuum lines
- Maintaining supplies of consumables/solvents
- Disposal of waste (e.g. waste solvents)
- Maintaining liquid nitrogen supply
- Changing gas cylinders
- Maintaining the chemicals database
- HPLC maintenance
